A lot happened today, and a stranger made some very serious allegations which led to conflict . Staff (security a bald man , brown haired chap and dark skinned gentleman ) delt with things very effectively, quickly , they was respectful throughout and diffused the situation well . Cannot fault it .
The vibe is great, the staff are lovely and friendly. Have had some amazing nights here. Great for birthdays or just a night out Monday through to Sunday!!
Brilliant place to go, Karaoke on a Thursday is brill. Feel completely safe when there. Been going for 2 years and gets better and better. Great event nights and club weekend. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good time
Amazing venue, great vibe especially on the weekend bar staff were polite and had playful banter, manager couldn’t be more helpful when it came to finding my coat. Highly recommend if your looking for a good night out :)
Really professional staff here In this LGBT plus friendly venue . It was 10 to get in per person and the drinks were not cheap but not too expensive. At one point we discussed concerns about someone and you could see staff actively working together to monitor the situation . Good job guys and a great venue for a late night finish to a good night out
The bar staff here are very very polite as well as the bouncers, they were very welcoming and they made me feel safe in such a busy environment. Such a good atmosphere everybody was happy and enjoying themselves. And the manager was amazing doing her job. Will definitely be coming here again!
We have been to the three furnaces several times for children's events/parties they run. They have done Halloween and Christmas parties, and my child always has lots of fun. A lot of thought is put into the parties, with lots to do for all ages. They have a disco, face painting, soft play and craft activities going on and also a good buffet and squash. The Christmas event they did was really good, the children could visit Santa in one of their barn type buildings and was decorated really nicely. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.
Decent sized venue, large smoking area. Good variety of music. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Bouncers are firm but fair and not unnecessarily aggressive. LGBTQ positive (attitude free) environment where everyone is welcome Karaoke on Thursdays is great :) and a large selection of various drinks available!
